Delta, delta and more delta

I have to say that I thank the Delta for giving us sun and wind these past few days. Going to Berkeley and seeing how gloomy, cold and marginally windy it is makes the drive all worthwhile when we get to the sunny, warm and windy delta.

Saturday: it was great to be windsurfing along dawgs like pedro, juan, matsky, sofy, and bradsky. The swell was gigantic especially at max ebb, and the action was full force from all sorts of people. I was on 3.5 powered to OP. No kiters got in the way, and no snakes were in view.

Sunday: Sailed along Sofy and Kev dawg, both kick ass windsurfers that make the experience even more fun. It is great to see all the backloops, huge forward loops, e-sliders (by sofy), and a goiter (by Kevin). It was nice to see Ming and JJ appear. It was another 3.5 day

Monday: another 3.5 day. At this point, my joints are giving out. I have a crater on my foot, and right butt cheek is different shades of pink, blue and purple. Not a pretty sight:) My eyes are getting blurry (too much sun), and my face is completely burnt. It was nice to sail next to Andy Brandt, who is an awesome freestyler. Sofy was making most of his e-sliders.

Today, another day at the delta?

Call me La bocasa (sp?) but I felt I had to document my appreciation somewhere...

Here is the deal, wherever you go today, if I am there, then I got your bee..

PS: G.S. you are missed on the water, how are you healing?

Thanx 4 asking. Will be a bit longer until you see me back kookin' it (p.s. wtf is an "e-slider"??? Wikipedia doesn't have an entry on that one)! :)

Got another day at Sherman on Tuesday... not the nuking winds we'd become accustomed to, but it was still nice, sunny, and warm. Sailed 4.7 for a little while, but was underpowered, so I rigged 5.3, and of course the wind came up.
